Speaker display and messages
Controls displays opened in this browser profile on this computer, for example on a second monitor. A link on another device is an independent copy. The speaker display is silent and read-only.
Import and export CSV
Files stay in this browser. UTF-8, up to 200 KB; up to 20 agenda segments or 24 tasks. Check every row before applying.
Replace removes the current list. Export it first if you need a copy. A running or paused agenda must be reset before applying a program.
How to use
- Add agenda segments.
- Set each segment duration.
- Start the sequence.
- Use fullscreen or open display view for the room.
Keyboard controls
Click the tool or an empty area, then press a key. Shortcuts pause while you type.
- Start / Pause Space
- Reset R

Quick reference
Use the stage timer when you need a local agenda clock for one room: talks, panels, rehearsals, workshops or livestream segments. Add each segment, run the sequence, then open the display view for a cleaner screen. The display URL carries the same setup, but it is not a live remote-control system.
| Need | Best tool |
|---|---|
| One talk with a single countdown | Presentation timer |
| Several agenda segments in order | Stage timer |
| Multiple independent countdowns | Multi timer |
| Offline | After one successful visit, this route can reopen from the service-worker cache. Keep the tab or installed app open for sound and live state. |
|---|---|
| Browser limits | Fullscreen needs browser support and a user action. Sound still requires the page or installed app to remain available. |
Setup and display links include segment labels and durations in the URL.
