A simple interval timer that stays out of the way
The interval timer alternates work and rest blocks for the number of rounds you choose. It is useful for HIIT workouts, circuits, boxing drills, mobility sessions, classroom stations, music practice and any routine that repeats the same timing pattern.
It uses the same absolute-time approach as the rest of Clockfresh, so the countdown is based on real timestamps rather than fragile animation frames.
Good for
- HIIT and circuit training.
- Work/rest drills.
- Classroom stations.
- Writing or practice sprints.
Timing fasting windows
For eating windows like 16:8 or 18:6, use a dedicated fasting window timer; this interval timer is better for short repeating work/rest rounds.
Questions
- Can I set custom work and rest lengths?
- Yes. Change the work seconds, rest seconds and round count directly in the settings fields.
- Does it auto-advance?
- Yes. Work, rest and the next round advance automatically until the final interval completes.
- Can I use it fullscreen?
- Yes. Press the fullscreen button or F for a large room-readable display.
- Will it keep time if the tab goes into the background?
- Yes. Clockfresh computes the remaining time from real timestamps, so when you return it catches up to the correct interval. Keep the tab open for sound cues.
