How to use it

Choose the cities that need to attend, set the date and meeting length, then adjust working hours. The planner ranks overlapping windows closest to the middle of each city's work day. Copy the options into chat, download the first option as an ICS file, or copy the setup URL to come back to the same planner state.

The planner supports two required cities and up to three optional additional cities.
Does it account for daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses browser time-zone data through Intl.DateTimeFormat.
