Why no ads?
A timer page should not fight for attention. Clockfresh keeps the timing surface free of ad slots, pop-up gates, autoplay video and sponsored widgets, so the layout stays still while you are trying to start or stop a countdown.
What that means in practice
- No layout jumps from ad loading. The large timer panel stays in place after the page renders.
- No sign-up detour. Start, pause, reset, fullscreen and sound selection work without creating an account.
- Offline-ready after caching. Once the app shell is cached, the timer can load even if the connection drops.
- Local preferences. Recent tools, presets and sound choices are browser-side convenience settings, not account data.
There is still a lightweight analytics consent banner, because product decisions need basic usage and stability signals. It is separate from advertising and can be declined.
