Why no ads?

A timer page should not fight for attention. Clockfresh keeps the timing surface free of ad slots, pop-up gates, autoplay video and sponsored widgets, so the layout stays still while you are trying to start or stop a countdown.

What that means in practice

  • No layout jumps from ad loading. The large timer panel stays in place after the page renders.
  • No sign-up detour. Start, pause, reset, fullscreen and sound selection work without creating an account.
  • Offline-ready after caching. Once the app shell is cached, the timer can load even if the connection drops.
  • Local preferences. Recent tools, presets and sound choices are browser-side convenience settings, not account data.

There is still a lightweight analytics consent banner, because product decisions need basic usage and stability signals. It is separate from advertising and can be declined.

Is this timer really free with no ads?
Yes. There are no ads, no pop-ups and no sign-up. The whole site is built to stay fast and clean.
Will you add ads later?
If anything is ever added it will be unobtrusive and never cover the timer — the clean, fast experience is the point of the site.
What data is stored?
Timer preferences, recent tools and similar settings stay in this browser. Clockfresh does not need an account to run the timer.

Use it with confidence

Quick operating notes for this browser-based tool.

Keyboard
Focus the tool, then use Space to start or pause, R to reset, and F for fullscreen.
Mobile
Controls are touch-sized and stack on narrow screens. Rotate the device only when a wider view helps.
Offline
After one successful visit, this route can reopen from the service-worker cache. Keep the tab or installed app open for sound and live state.
Browser limits
Browsers cannot guarantee sound after a tab or app is closed. Allow audio, keep it open, and use a native alarm as backup for critical timing.
