Keep talks on time without a busy timer app

The presentation timer is designed for a side monitor, lectern laptop or room display. It keeps the countdown obvious without surrounding the speaker with ads, dense controls or distracting visuals.

It works well for conference talks, classroom presentations, standups, pitch practice, webinars, demos and timed meeting sections.

Good for

  • Conference talks.
  • Meeting agenda segments.
  • Pitch practice.
  • Class presentations and demos.

Questions

Can I use it on a second screen?
Yes. Move the browser window to the speaker display and enter fullscreen.
Does it need an account?
No. The timer starts immediately and stores no account data.
Can I change the time during a talk?
Yes. You can add a minute, reset or choose a different preset as needed.
Will it stay accurate if the laptop sleeps briefly?
The countdown is based on real clock time, so it catches up when the browser resumes. For speaker cues, keep the device awake and the tab open.

Use it with confidence

Quick operating notes for this browser-based tool.

Keyboard
Focus the tool, then use Space to start or pause, R to reset, and F for fullscreen.
Mobile
Controls are touch-sized and stack on narrow screens. Rotate the device only when a wider view helps.
Offline
After one successful visit, this route can reopen from the service-worker cache. Keep the tab or installed app open for sound and live state.
Browser limits
Fullscreen needs browser support and a user action. Sound still requires the page or installed app to remain available.
