A training timer that does the repeating for you

The workout timer repeats work and rest intervals automatically, so you do not need to restart a normal countdown after every set. Use it for circuits, HIIT, mobility, boxing rounds, bike sprints, practice drills and conditioning finishers.

The timer can run fullscreen on a phone propped up nearby or on a gym screen. Sound cues play after you start, and you can mute them when you only want a visual timer.

Good for

  • Circuit training.
  • HIIT blocks.
  • Rest periods.
  • Boxing or sparring rounds.
